Cancellation are unplesant both for the guest and the hotel. For this reason we give our guests the possibility of insure their holiday.

The cancellations must be written.
The cancellations will be subject to penalty as follows:
– the deposit will be not returned.
– between the 20th day and the day of arrival will be charged a fee of 100% of the booked stay.
Reduction of the stay or of the number of partecipants will be treated as cancellations and will be charged a fee of 100% of the booked stay.
The credit card will be keeped as guarantee: the hotel will pre-authorise the credit card just to ensure the validity of the card. In case of negative pre-authorisation the guest will be promptly contacted and the booking will be considered not guaranteed and not valid.
The payment will be done a day before the departure with credit card VISA or MASTERCARD, bancomat or cash (until 2.999,00 eu). Other types of payment or credit cards will be not accetted.

*what is a pre-authorisation: with a pre-authorisation the hotel guarantees the temporary availability of the total amount of the stay and the validity of the credit card. Not any charges will be collected!
